Story

The proprietors are passionate about the Mediterranean lifestyle and cuisine.  We’ve crafted a menu from the land and sea that distinctively offers the flavors of the Mediterranean.

 

We work with overseas distributors to fly in daily, fresh (not frozen) crustaceans and fish.   Italy, Greece, Sicily, Portugal, Spain, the Pacific & Atlantic oceans are some of the sourced locations.  We strive to provide innovative preparations with flavors that are unique to these regions.

 

Our Goal:  To share with you fresh, delicious and an ever changing variety of seafood.

Fresh and Seasonal Cuisine

Our modern take on classic seafood dishes with Greek, Italian and Spanish influences.

 

Our fish market display offers our customers a “hands on” selection experience for their dining.  Choose your fish and preparation style: open grilled, pan fried, baked under sea salt or bake in parchment paper “acqua pazza”.  Your selected fish is presented and deboned table side by your server.

 

The extensive menu also features American Wagyu steaks, lamb chops, roasted chicken, pasta and vegetarian/vegan risotto.  Our temperature controlled cellar holds an extensive variety of wines from around the world and our cocktail menu is unique and crafted to perfection.
